Daniel Lofgren

Daniel Lofgren received his Juris Doctorate degree from Pacific McGeorge School of Law with concentrations in Advocacy and Criminal Law. Prior to that, Mr. Lofgren volunteered for two years in the Community Legal Information Center in Chico California providing pro-bono assistance to individuals and families seeking help in navigating the family law judicial system. After being certified to practice law in the state of California, he began his employment with the Law Office of Thomas Nicholas Cvietkovich in January of 2015. Mr. Lofgren has continued to practice family law, primarily in the fields of child custody, child and spousal support, dissolution, and family court restraining orders.

Mr. Lofgren’s personal philosophy of the practice of law is that the purpose of a lawyer is to create solutions for the problems that a client cannot address on their own. Every client has different needs and objectives, and the solutions for each client must be crafted to them individually. This is never more true than in the practice of family law, where the controversies are always complicated and often emotionally charged. He will work with you and, where possible, opposing parties, to bring your case to the best possible solution with the least possible impact and expense for you. When comprehensive negotiated settlements are not possible and your needs are best served in court, Mr. Lofgren will provide you with effective and aggressive representation.
